SEPO

A self-evaluation tool.
The abbreviation SEPO stands for French: "Succès - Echecs - Potentialités - Obstacles" (developed based on the SWOT tool Success - Weaknesses - Opportunities - Threats). SEPO is a simple and elementary tool for self-evaluations and is therefore also useful in an intercultural context. SEPO is eligible when differing experiences of different groups of actors are to be gathered, when experiences and assessments of marginalised groups are to be taken into account, and when a mutual understanding of a situation is to be established as a basis for the gradual development of solutions.
