KEK-CDC Consultants work both in Switzerland and abroad. Our services include the complete project cycle from feasibility studies to evaluation; backstopping mandates, facilitation of organisational and institutional development processes, organisation and moderation of learning events, concept development, studies, management coaching and publications. KEK-CDC Consultants also develop and publish tools and instruments, but always based on the company's strong belief in the unique character of each mandate. The resulting need for tailormade solutions constitutes a backbone of the company's philosophy.
KEK-CDC Consultants was founded as a shareholding company. The total staff consists of 15 persons, comprising 9 shareholders and senior consultants and 5 collaborators and junior consultants.
