Between 2011 and 2017 the Swiss-Polish Cooperation Programme (SPCP) implemented 10 development projects as part of the Swiss contribution to the enlargement of the EU. The focus of the projects was in the areas of tourism, diversification of local economies as well as vocational education and training. Overall, through the Swiss undertakings new jobs were created, local networks of entrepreneurs, communities and NGOs were strengthened and technical and organizational innovations were observed.
This paper highlights some of the various outputs and outcomes that the grant projects as well as the Retained Activities of the Swiss Romanian Cooperation Programme have achieved.
KEK-CDC Consultants have reviewed the various management information systems of HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation at the different organisational levels in order to improve strategic steering, optimise the interfaces between the instruments and increase the efficiency.
A Romanian blogger and a Romanian photographer had a closer look at 10 projects of the Swiss-Romanian Partnership Fund. They discovered interesting stories and renewed energies of initiative people who develop solutions for problems in different regions of Romania.
